Welcome Remark The Head Of The Study Program

Library and Library Information Science S1 Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Bengkulu University (UNIB) was established based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 484/E/O/2013 dated 21 October 2013. Currently, the study program is directly under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Bengkulu.

Becoming a leading Study Program that produces graduates with high competence and integrity in managing libraries, archives, and documents, with information technology insights that can compete at the national level

MISSION

  1. Organizing education in librarianship, archives, and documents
  2.  Carry out research in librarianship, archives, and documents
  3.  Carry out community service in librarianship, libraries, and documents
  4.  Establish cooperation with both public and private agencies, both domestic and foreign
  5.  Carry out institutional management in a democratic, transparent, efficient, effective, and accountable manner
  6.  Carry out learning based on models of national education standards
  7.  Building scientific autonomy in librarianship, archives, and documents
